Eric Holmgren possesses a diverse range of skills that motivate and lead clients to create optimal well-being. Professionally involved in health and wellness since 1994, he has obtained certifications and licenses as a massage therapist, yoga teacher (RYT200), personal trainer and an AIS (Active Isolated Stretching) Specialist. Eric’s primary mission is to facilitate integral wellbeing of the body. To achieve results, he employs a three-part approach: increase flexibility and resilience through stretching and yoga, balance through mindfulness and massage, and strengthen and condition through exercise.
He is Advanced trained in Active Isolated Stretching (AIS) and Strengthening by its founder, world-renown Aaron Mattes. Aaron’s influence is very much reflected in his approach. Eric believes that clarity, balance and a healthy mind can be achieved through self-care. In 2004, Eric wrote the approved curriculum for the Associate of Science in Personal Training program for the New England Institute of Technology, West Palm Beach.
He also served as an anatomy and physiology instructor for the first year of the program. Eric has been involved in the field of addiction recovery for over 10 years. His mission is to help people liberate themselves from self-abuse.
